We have strong sales & marketing network across in India. Vachan seeds has well defined and structured sales network model.
It consists of 5 tier structures where company deals through C&F and Main Branch then further distribution through distributors, retailers and territory distribution. The farmer gets products and added services from above mentioned channels and direct coordination with sales team.
Vachan has a strong team of 100 plus passionate Employees and will increase every year on the basis of sales numbers, well trained sales person, who are based across India. We have 750 plus business partners across India.
A. Annual Crop Show: Annual crop show organized at Raipur (R&D station)to showcase +200 varieties from Vachan seeds product assortments. In this crop show, invited all the business partners, main KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) across the nation and they have selected the hybrids for their geographies.
B. Regional Crop Shows: Same manner we organized regional crop shows at state wise and showcase regional varieties from Vachan seeds. In this crop show, we invited the all business partners, retailers and main KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) across the region and they have selected the hybrids for their region basis.
C. Social Media Engagement: We provide comprehensive onboarding to ensure new customers are familiar with our products/services.
D. Business Partners Motivational Tours : We provide foreign as well as domestic tours to our business partners and retailers on the basis of business growth over in past years.
